Alteo is looking for a Service Delivery Engineer (SaaS) for a permanent position based in Montreal.
Your main role will be to handle customer requests with the aim of guaranteeing delivery of the services requested, while ensuring compliance with contractual SLAs.
Responsibilities:
Handle catalog service requests to meet customer needs.
Ensure implementation of the service accepted by the customer within the agreed deadlines
Ensure preparation, validation and delivery of update patches in coordination with internal teams
Ensure the handling and processing of incidents generated by the implementation of the service
