Alteo is looking for an IT Technician for a permanent job based in Greater Montreal.
Under the supervision of the IT Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of workstations, software and user peripherals. You will also be the main point of contact for employees with computer problems.
Responsibilities:
Provide operational support for the IT infrastructure
Ensure the implementation of new equipment
Perform maintenance on user accounts
Ensure the proper functioning of user systems and data integrity
Be the first responder to support tickets
Ensure the proper functioning of networks and telecommunications equipment
Develop procedures and operational documentation for technological equipment and installations according to the IT needs of the various departments
