Alteo is looking for a Application Support Specialist for a permanent position based in Montreal.
Within the framework of respecting customer SLAs, your main role will be to contribute to the support and processing of incidents reported by operational teams, and to contribute to the resolution of incidents, with the aim of respecting contractual commitments (deadlines, quality, cost).
Responsibilities:
Contribute to the handling of incidents with a view to their resolution
Contribute to N2/N3 team support and resolution of production-related incidents
Contribute to the analysis of team incidents, and recommend actions to be implemented according to the incident reported
